“Yoga Sutra” of Patanjali is considered to be the oldest text on Yoga worldwide. The so called “Ashtanga” Way of Yoga – the eight levels way of Yoga – starts with two principles – the five Yamas and five Niyamas – the ethic principles to be developed in my relationship with the world and in my relationship to myself. Very often in the common understanding Yoga starts with the next two levels – Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises).
In this group we will look at the core of Yoga – the 10 principles of my behaviour and devote each month to one of those qualities, reading the original descriptions of Patanjali and contemplating on them.
This group is for everyone.
